  Vor 40 Jahren gründete Wolf-Dietrich Prengel das Familienunternehmen. Damals dachte noch niemand daran, daß sich aus dem anfänglichen 1-Mann-Unternehmen eines der größten und erfolgreichsten Mitsubishi Unternehmen Deutschlands entwickeln würde. Nach dem Mauerfall und der Grenzöffnung wurde im Mai 1990 ein exklusiver Kooperationsvertrag zwischen Mitsubishi Deutschland und dem Autohaus Prengel abgeschlossen.

  Der Hagener Automobil - Club veranstaltet alljährlich eine Clubmeisterschaft unter den Mitgliedern. Neben dem Motorsportlichen und touristischen Aktivitäten haben sich die Oldtimer einen festen Platz im Clubleben erobert. Wir kümmern uns natürlich auch um den Nachwuchs. Der Schwerpunk liegt in im Kartslalom bei dem die Kinder schon sehr früh unter Anleitung erfahrener Instruktoren der Jugendgruppe an den Motorsport heran geführt werden.
